The tigress lounged quietly, eyes squinting out over the river. She had nimbly crossed the bridge over to this piece of land, her powerful legs proving to be up to the test. She had nothing better to do, and he holographic fur looked horrible within water. It was almost as if she were a giant fish, and she hated how it looked on her. Granted, she would be one hell of a catch, but she'd rather the mistake not be made.
Tail flicked idly as a content, calm sigh exited her nares. Angelus had not a care in the world but to look out over at the running water, and when her crimson eyes lay upon the bridge, the landmark seemed to recede a little. A snort echoed from her, and she began to count the living things wandering around on the trail.
Her little garden of prey had fallen down to only two from its previous four. One had roamed into the waters, unable to see the current until it was too late, and the other, presumably, had died from a heart attack or shock. Hares were so fragile in every way, it was curious to see them hop about madly, trying to figure out what was going on with their brains. One seemed to have calmed down, and simply sat. The other was on its back, probably about to walk through its last throes of death. Angelus cracked a small, manic smile to the one who could not see her, and her eyes trained on it intently.
