Staff Try-Outs

Seeing as we're all awesome people around here and I need a hand , I have decided to hold a staff try outs for those of you who might be wanting to join the team of Tundra.

I am seeking one Head Site Moderator, Two Site Moderators and one Advertising Moderator. Site Moderators help around the site with every day matters from rule enforcing, accepting character and such. Advertising Moderators are super important for getting the word out about us through advertising and affiliating. The Head site moderator is like my right hand. They help me in everything I do around here and is next in command.

I'm looking for someone who has a little bit of experience. You need to be pretty familiar with proboards and it's workings and basic coding knowledge is a plus (f you don't know, I will be teaching my basic codes anyway, so it's no big. Not everyone is a coder). You also need to be friendly and decent with working with other people. Staff members are the face of the site. You need to know that I am a strict person about rules but pretty lax about just about everything else. Respect is a number one thing with me.

If you think you have what it takes, please fill out the form below completely (and with more than one sentence please...). I will be choosing staff as I go so the sooner you get a form in, the better.

When you fill out the form, Please only Put Site or Ad moderator if you even have a preference. if not put "either". I will be choosing my head moderator from ll of you who apply to either or site mod. If you sincerely do NOT want to be head, please be sure to mark so.

Why do you want to Mod for Tundra? Because I love to help out at sites, especially ones that I get attached to really quickly. I see so much potential with Tundra that it would be a waste if it's not being nurtured, and I want to help nurture it.

Do you have any experience and if yes, what/where? I have been/am a moderator in Digimon Forum Roleplay since December 2011, I pretty much approve apps and all that usual stuff then. Also started up my own site a long time ago, but it died off because all of the members got busy and what not.

Why Should I Choose you? Because I have the experience and I am willing to do work on here. I also have a bit of HTML/CSS coding to at least know how to add in links and where to type in stuff, as well as UBBC coding enough to make a post template. I'm a nice person in general and again, I just love to help out other people.

Edit: I forgot to add this in, but even if I don't get picked, I would still be more willing than ever to help out. Just give me a shout, and if I'm not busy then, I'll help!

Do you have any experience and if yes, what/where? I was a site mod at sites called Moon Island and Kodia for a few months each.
Why Should I Choose you?
Because I'm the best Poke'mon! But in all seriousness, I'm friendly towards others in the cbox, try to crack humor, and helpful as long as I know the answer. If I don't know the answer, I'll always point them to someone who probably will; the site owner.

Why do you want to Mod for Tundra? Even though I've only been here for a few days, I have really come to appriciate this site and the people who run it! I love to chat and make new friends. And if there's an awkward moment, I can make it funny.
Do you have any experience and if yes, what/where? Yes. I was Gobal Mod in Broken Cane, Wolvarina, and All in Animals, but they're all inactive... I am the admin for Renegade.
Why Should I Choose you? I literally LIVE on the computer! I'm on 24/7 (yes I have a life). I love to chat and plot so if anyone is up for plots or just wants to talk, you know where to find me! I would love to help out in any way possible!

Why do you want to Mod for Tundra? Honestly, I love helping out. I think that's why any staff member wants to be one in the first place. Yes, I just joined today. But the community (Cyanide xD) is incredibly friendly and I already feel at home here. Tundra is so beautiful, and has a lot of potential to be a very popular place. A popular place needs a strong staff team to help run it, and a popular place also means members from different time zones constantly creating bios. I don't like waiting very long to have a bio looked at, so I could really help with that. ^^

Do you have any experience and if yes, what/where? Yes! I was a moderator on Wolves Night v2 for about a year before quitting for personal issues, and then the site had a v3 and then closed down. I was an advertising moderator on Mendoza v2 and v3 before the staff as a whole agreed to shut the site down (the two admins were in college at the time and had no time for the site.) Right now, I am in the process of creating my own site, so I'm the admin and only member there. Haha.

Why Should I Choose you? I'm honest. I listen to orders and don't abuse my powers as a staff member. I'm known as a site stalker too because I have no life, so I'm literally always on unless I'm at work or school. I have experience. Also, I enjoy reading threads I'm not a part of, so enforcing the rules if members aren't following them somehow will be easy. (I don't know, some admins don't read through all of the threads on the site.)

Why do you want to Mod for Tundra?: In general, I wish to be able to help the site more than I am currently. To be more specific, help out new members, accept bios... just do regular helpful things that site mods do. :3
Do you have any experience and if yes, what/where?: I have owned two sites in the past and modded one, however, these do not include my current site that I'm pondering what to make into.
Why Should I Choose you? I should be chosen because I find myself very kind and respectful, though am willing to hear other people's opinions on it. Other people tell me I'm very honest and that they don't see how I could do anything wrong... these are people over minecraft, however. I love to help out in any way I can and I have experience in doing the such. Though I haven't been on the site long, I've met a lot of people here, and I do really enjoy it. I plan on making many characters and staying till my hair is white and my face wrinkly. ^_^

Why do you want to Mod for Tundra?I already love this site so much and I've probably read every thread there was to read. It's an amazing rpg site, and so I want to do my part in helping it grow and expand.
Do you have any experience and if yes, what/where?I've run a few successful sites that, for other reasons, are not running anymore. In the case of advertising, I dabble a bit in graphic design and have an eye for what works. I'd be happy to create your banners as well as distribute them.
Why Should I Choose you?my experience, plus the fact that I am on every day an am able to commit to spreading the word of our site across the web!
